Light, stable and ecological: Thermopal launches new hemp board on the market

Weighing much less than other composite boards, the new HPL composite board “Hanffaser Composite” by Thermopal is a lightweight on the scales. After all, it is made of the hemp shives that are obtained when the plant is processed. These shives are lighter than wood fibres, but no less resistant to tearing. As hemp is an annual sustainable raw material, “Hanffaser Composite” meets the very highest requirements for sustainability.
