Poplar plywood AW100 board, glued on both sides with 0.8 mm HPL and/or metallic HPL. For maximum moisture resistance, bending strength and durability.

Field of application

• In humid areas but also applications with high structural stresses in shop and interior fitting, shipbuilding, bathroom furniture, and also in vehicle construction and trade fair stand construction due to its relatively low specific weight.

Core material

• Poplar Plywood
• Made of poplar plywood AW 100 glued veneered board, highly resistant to humidity. Technical values to EN 636.

Density (depending on thickness)

• 450 kg/m³ ± 5 % (EN 323)

Reaction to fire

• normally inflammable
• B2 (DIN 4102-1)

• EN 438-7

Formaldehyde emission class

• E1 (EN 717-2)

Product safety

• The surface is physiologically safe, and approved for direct contact with food.
• The material is not rated as hazardous material.
• This product is following the REACH regulation EG 1907/2006 an article. Following Article 7 it needs not to be registered.

Special

• Slight colour differences to HPL without overlay and to melamine faced boards are possible on wood and stone reproductions, as well as on fantasy designs.
• It is recommended to order overlay for horizontal, heavy used surfaces in combination with metallic designs. Slight visual difference to the surface is possible without the overlay.

• Thick and thin edges are suitable.
• EVA and PUR hotmelts are recommended for edge adhesion.

Fitting technology

• All conventional removable and non-removable fittings for solid wood and wood materials are suitable.
