Individual HPL type S

Decorative high pressure laminate designed with individual motifs in standard quality.
The reverse side is sanded for gluing.

Field of application

  • The application possibilities range from shop and fair construction to interior fitting and object business. Individual HPL is unsuitable for permanent outdoor use.

Cleaning and care

  • The surface can be cleaned with water and gentle cleaning agents. To remove stubborn stains, please observe the recommendations in the data sheet "Cleaning of HPL surfaces".

Product safety

  • The surface is physiologically safe, and approved for direct contact with food.
  • The material is not rated as hazardous material.
  • This product is following the REACH regulation EG 1907/2006 an article. Following Article 7 it needs not to be registered.

Special

  • Design is created from motif templates (photo, slide, digital image etc.) by printing digital information on special paper and subsequently pressing.
  • Motif size in mm: 2.700 x 2.000 (length x width)
  • In principle we recommend the sampling of your designs. When they are pressed as Thermopal individual samples you are able to see if the reproduction meets your requirements. On samples we comply with your colour proofs or colour values that are based on popular colour systems such as Pantone or RAL.
  • Individual is not suitable for the permanent use outside.

Processing

  • Please respect the recommendations of the GKV trade associaton for the processing of high pressure laminates.

Installation and assembly

  • An 'Individual HPL Backing' is required to produce a composite element.
  • Sufficient conditioning is required prior to installation and assembly. The premises themselves need to be air-conditioned according to future use.
  • Please ensure that the material is processed and fitted correctly and using the best available technology.

Storage and handling

  • On all level surfaces (e.g. pallets), in dry, vented rooms.

Disposal

  • Energy recovery is recommended.
