Individual Compact HPL, brown core
Individually designed, decorative compact high pressure laminate in standard quality.
With brown core made of several impregnated cellulose layers, reverse side in white.
Field of application
- The product has a wide spectrum of applications, ranging from shop and interior fitting to trade fair construction. Individual Compact HPL is not suitable to permanent outdoor use.

- Highly impact and moisture-resistant brown phenolic solid laminate.

Chemical resistance
- Resistant to organic solvents, weak acids, petrol and oil.
Cleaning and care
- The surface can be cleaned with water and gentle cleaning agents. To remove stubborn stains, please observe the recommendations in the data sheet "Cleaning of HPL surfaces".
Product safety
- The surface is physiologically safe, and approved for direct contact with food.
- The material is not rated as hazardous material.
- This product is following the REACH regulation EG 1907/2006 an article. Following Article 7 it needs not to be registered.
Special
- Design is created from motif templates (photo, slide, digital image etc.) by printing digital information on special paper and subsequently pressing.
- Motif size in mm: 2.700 x 2.000 (length x width)
- In principle we recommend the sampling of your designs. When they are pressed as Thermopal individual samples you are able to see if the reproduction meets your requirements. On samples we comply with your colour proofs or colour values that are based on popular colour systems such as Pantone or RAL.
- Individual is not suitable for the permanent use outside.

Processing
- Can be worked with carbide tipped tools on conventional woodworking machines.
Fitting technology
- All conventional removable and non-removable fittings for solid wood and wood materials are suitable.
Installation and assembly
- Sufficient conditioning is required prior to installation. The premises themselves need to be air-conditioned according to the future use. Once installed a good rear ventilation as well as well a balanced climate must be ensured.
- Please ensure that the material is processed and fitted correctly and using the best available technology.
Storage and handling
- On all level surfaces (e.g. pallets), in dry, vented rooms.
Disposal
- Energy recovery is recommended.
